REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUEST

Please note that we can only routinely prescribe items on your repeat prescription slip. Items not on this slip will need to be sent to your usual doctor and may not be prescribed without an appointment. Please provide medication name, strength and dosage where known.

We will not reply to this request unless there is a problem. Please allow 2 working days before you collect the authorised script.

IMPORTANT - Please be aware

Electronic requests are collated daily at 8.30 am each morning, if your request is received AFTER that time today then the 2 working days required to process your request will not begin until 8.30am tomorrow.

If your request is acknowledged after 8.30 am on a Friday then the 2 working days required to process your request will not begin until 8.30 am on the following Monday or in the case of a Bank Holiday at 8.30 on the next working day after the bank holiday.
